In a world devastated by a nuclear disaster 400 years ago, the privileged few found refuge in the Ark, while the outsiders mutated into beasts. Helm, a young biologist in the Ark, lives a life of indulgence...or so it would seem. Reluctantly engaged in a power struggle with his own half-brother, Helm spends his days indulging in frivolity in an attempt to stay free from his brother's clutches. Yet his life takes a surprising turn when a captivating outsider tries to hold him hostage.
